The vegan set menu is a standout, made of a selection of the best vegan dishes Wahaca has to offer. Take out the hassle and choose our generous, flavour filled vegan selection of small plates. Wahaca has pioneered a restaurant business aware of our impact on the planet since we first opened our doors to Wahaca Covent Garden. It’s why we used the floor of the original restaurant as part of the walls at Covent Garden, why we go to the effort of sourcing local ingredients from organic producers like Riverford Organic and working with Regenerative suppliers like WildFarmed and Hodmedods. Our team freshly prepare over 200 ingredients every day, which means each dish and drink is bursting with flavour.. We’re dedicated to creating the highest quality and most sustainable, planet-friendly food we possibly can. We’ve even tested our plant fibre packaging (made from a material called bagasse) in a race to become soil in a compost heap and it breaks down faster than an avocado skin.
