Talking of sunshine, discover our fave Non-Alc Margarita, made with Pentire non-alcoholic spirit, fresh lime, and a jalapeno kick. It's everything you love about a marg, just without the tequila.

For something more fruity, the Passionfruit & Pineapple Picante is a spicy-sweet delight shaken with fresh chilli and coriander. Otherwise the luxuriously velverty Non-Alc Blackberry Sour, with its blend of hibiscus and rosemary, is a favourable choice.

Aguas Frescas and refreshing sips

Soft drinks don't need to be the only option for refreshing sips at the table. Try the Mexican-inspired Hibiscus Flower Agua Fresca to wash down those tacos. Or sip on a cool and creamy Horchata, a cinnamon-spiced rice milk that's sweet and so comforting.

For a sparkling pick-me-up, the Three Citrus Fizz with pink grapefruit, lime and lemon pairs perfectly with a deliciously rich meal.
